These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement between you — the player — and pk07 regarding your use of the platform, including all games, betting markets, bonuses, the VIP programme and any other services provided. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned after standard anti-fraud checks are completed.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on pk07. When registering you agree to:

- Keep your registration information up to date. If any detail changes, update your account profile or notify support promptly.
- Keep your username and password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials.
- Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person under any circumstances.
- Not open a second account if you already hold an active pk07 account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately rather than creating a new one.
pk07 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point, including before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on pk07 are processed in PKR. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Available options are shown in your account cashier.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment processor. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside pk07's control.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times are stated in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
- pk07 may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the account has not previously been verified.
- Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- Deposits made in error or by an unverified method may be returned to the original source, less any applicable processing costs.
If you experience a deposit that does not credit to your account, retain the transaction confirmation from your payment provider and contact pk07 support with the reference number so the issue can be investigated.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
pk07 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League and T20 international series. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:
- Each bonus has specific terms including a wagering requirement, eligible games or bet types, a minimum deposit amount, a time limit and any maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. These are stated on the promotion page before you opt in.
- Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
- Placing bets on excluded games or bet types (for example, certain table game bet types or low-margin slots) may not contribute or may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in each bonus's specific terms.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, use of multiple accounts or exploitation of a technical error — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
- pk07 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time, provided that any bonus already accepted and being actively wagered towards its requirement will be honoured under the terms at the time of acceptance.
6. VIP Programme
The pk07 VIP programme runs across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Participation is automatic for all registered players. Key terms of the programme are:
- VIP points are earned on every real-money bet placed in the pk07 lobby, across all game categories and sports betting markets. Point earn rates may differ by game category and are displayed in the VIP section.
- VIP tier status is calculated based on points accumulated within a rolling period. The calculation method and period length are detailed on the VIP page.
- Benefits increase with each tier and include cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonus access and, from Platinum upward, a dedicated account manager.
- Cashback is calculated on net losses within the relevant period and credited as bonus funds subject to a stated rollover requirement before withdrawal.
- VIP tier and associated points may be adjusted if account activity is found to violate these Terms and Conditions.
- pk07 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds or benefit levels at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.
7. Gameplay Rules
When playing games or placing bets on pk07 you agree to the following:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators provided by the relevant game studios. pk07 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way beyond what is built into the published game mathematics.
- Sports betting results are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body. In cricket this means results as determined by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC or equivalent) are final for settlement purposes.
- If a game or bet is voided due to a technical fault, the stake is returned to your PKR balance. pk07 is not liable for any anticipated winnings from a voided round or bet.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
- Any attempt to use software, tools, scripts or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
- Winnings from games are credited to your PKR wallet balance automatically after each completed round or settled bet.
8. Responsible Gaming
pk07 is committed to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. By using the platform you acknowledge that:
- Online gaming is entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a way to address financial difficulties.
- You are playing with money you can afford to spend on entertainment, within a budget you have set for yourself before each session.
- Tools available in your account settings include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These can be activated at any time and take effect promptly once set.
- Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. A self-exclusion once applied cannot be reversed during the selected period.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk07 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:
- Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false identity information, false age information or fraudulent payment method details.
- Using automated bots, scripts, third-party software or any technical manipulation to interact with games or betting markets.
- Attempting to exploit bonus offers, promotions or VIP earning mechanics in a way that is clearly not intended — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
- Charging back a deposit that has already been wagered or partially wagered on the platform.
- Threatening, harassing or abusing pk07 support staff or other platform users through any available communication channel.
pk07 cooperates with relevant investigative processes where required by law. Accounts suspected of illegal activity may be suspended without prior notice and associated funds withheld pending investigation.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
pk07 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause. Reasons may include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or chargeback abuse.
- Player request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
- Long-term inactivity as defined in the platform's inactive account policy (details available from support).
Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances are not returned on account closure.
11. Privacy and Data
Your personal data is collected and handled in accordance with the pk07 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Key points include:
- Data collected during registration and account use is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with verification requirements.
- pk07 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted:
- pk07 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
- pk07 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures of third-party payment processors, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or device-related problems.
- pk07 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings from a game round or bet that was voided due to a technical error. In all such cases the stake is returned.
- pk07's total liability to any individual player for any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in the relevant round or bet, or the deposit involved in the relevant transaction dispute.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
pk07 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made:
- The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- For significant changes, players may be notified via email or an in-platform notification.
- Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- If you disagree with an update, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the update takes effect.
